  1. Mallard Anas platyrhynchos One at Embalse de Cruz Santa on 14/04/2005.
  2. Cory's Shearwater Calonectris diomedea borealis 6 off the lighthouse at Punto de Teno on 13/04/2005 and 10 from a boat-trip offshore from Los Gigantes on 15/04/2005.
  3. Grey Heron Ardea cinerea 4 at Embalse de Valle Molina on 12/04/2005 and 8 at Embalse de Cruz Santa on 14/04/2005.
  4. Little Egret Egretta garzetta 2 at Embalse de Valle Molina on 12/04/2005, one at Icod de los Vinos on 12/04/2005 and one at Embalse de Cruz Santa on 14/04/2005.
  5. Eurasian Sparrowhawk Accipiter nisus granti One at Erjos on 10/04/2005.
  6. Common Buzzard Buteo buteo insularum One at Erjos on 10/04/2005.
  7. Common Kestrel Falco tinnunculus canariensis 2 at Masca on 10/04/2005, 2 by the visitor centre and at Los Roques, Las Canadas, on 11/04/2005, one at  Icod de las Vinos on 12/04/2005, 2 at Punta de Teno on 13/04/2005, 2 at El Palmar on 13/04/2005.
  8. Barbary Falcon Falco pelegrinoides One flew over Pico del Ingles at Anaga on 12/04/2005.
  9. Common Moorhen Gallinula chloropus  2 at Erjos on 10/04/2005.
  10. Eurasian Coot Fulica atra 5 at Embalse de Cruz Santa on 14/04/2005.
  11. Common Sandpiper Tringa hypoleucos One at Embalse de Cruz Santa on 14/04/2005.
  12. Yellow-legged Gull Larus cachinnans atlantis Up to 10 daily at Puerto de Santiago on 09/04/2005 15/04/2005; occasionally elsewhere; maximum 30 along the cliffs at Los Gigantes on 15th.
  13. Rock Dove Columba livia canariensis One at Zona Recreativo de Chio on 09/04/2005 and also occasionally wild looking birds elsewhere at altitude or along the coast. Feral Pigeons were seen around towns such as Puerto de Santiago from 09/04/2005 to 15/04/2005.
  14. Bolle's Pigeon Columba bollii About 30 at Erjos on 10/04/2005 and one from Pico del Ingles, Anaga, on 12/04/2005.
  15. White-tailed Laurel Pigeon Columba junoniae One from Pico del Ingles, Anaga, on 12/04/2005.
  16. European Turtle-dove Streptopelia turtur 2 at Tamaimo on 10/04/2005, one at Masca on 10/04/2005, one at  Embalse de Valle Molina on 12/04/2005, one at Punta de Teno on 13/04/2005, and 2 at Teno Alto on 13/04/2005.  
  17. Eurasian Collared Dove Streptopelia decaocto Common in towns including Puerto de Santiago from 09/04/2005 to 15/04/2005.
  18. Plain Swift Apus unicolor  Common over all habitats from 09/04/2005 to 15/04/2005, maximum 100 over Tamaimo on 12th.
  19. Great Spotted Woodpecker Dendrocopos major canariensis 2 at Zona Recreativo de Chio on 09/04/2005, one at Zona Recreativo de Chio on 14/04/2005, and one at La Caldera, Aguamansa, on 14/04/2005.    
  20. Barn Swallow Hirundo rustica One at Tamaimo on 14/04/2005.
  21. House Martin Delichon urbicum One at Punta de Teno on 13/04/2005 and 2 at  Tamaimo on 14/04/2005.
  22. Berthelot's Pipit Anthus berthelotii berthelotii 6 around Los Roques, Las Canadas, on 11/04/2005, 2 at Punta de Teno on 13/04/2005, 4 at  Teno Alto on 13/04/2005, 2 at Embalse de Cruz Santa on 14/04/2005, and 4 at  Las Canadas on 14/04/2005.
  23. Grey Wagtail Motacilla cinerea canariensis One  flying over Puerto de Santiago on 11/04/2005, 2 at  Chamorga on 11/04/2005, and 2 at Embalse de Cruz Santa on 11/04/2005.
  24. Eurasian Blackbird Turdus merula cabrerae A few at low level, such as Puerto de Santiago, from 09/04/2005 to 15/04/2005, but commoner in forests, especially Anaga.
  25. European Robin Erithacus rubecula superbus Common in and around the laurel forest at Erjos on 10/04/2005, just one in song at El Pijarel, Anaga, on 12/04/2005, and several at La Caldera, Aguamansa on 14/04/2005.
  26. Blackcap Sylvia atricapilla heineken One male in song daily at Puerto de Santiago from 09/04/2005 to 15/04/2005, one at Masca on 10/04/2005, several at  Embalse de Valle Molina on 10/04/2005, one at  Punta de Teno on 13/04/2005, and several at Embalse de Cruz Santa on 14/04/2005.
  27. Sardinian Warbler Sylvia melanocephala leucogastra 4 at Masca on 10/04/2005, 3 at Punta de Teno on 13/04/2005, and one at Masca on 14/04/2005,
  28. Spectacled Warbler Sylvia conspicillata orbitalis One at Embalse de Cruz Santa on 14/04/2005.
  29. Canarian Chiffchaff Phylloscopus canariensis  Found wherever there where bushes, even to over 2000m at Los Roques, from 09/04/2005 to 15/04/2005.
  30. Tenerife Goldcrest Regulus teneriffae Several heard at Erjos on 10/04/2005, several seen and heard at Anaga on 12/04/2005, and several seen and heard at Aguamansa on 14/04/2005.
  31. African Blue Tit Cyanistes teneriffae teneriffae Common in many habitats up to the laurel forest from 10/04/2005 to 15/04/2005.
  32. Common Raven Corvus corax canariensis One at Masca on 10/04/2005 and a few others elsewhere up to 15/04/2005.
  33. Spanish Sparrow Passer hispaniolensis hispaniolensis Up to 4 daily in Puerto de Santiago from 09/04/2005 to 15/04/2005 but commoner in Los Gigantes on 15th, and 6 at Embalse de Cruz Santa on 14/04/2005.
  34. Chaffinch Fringilla coelebs tintillon A few at Erjos on 10/04/2005, a male at Pico del Ingles, Anaga,  on 12/04/2005, and a few at Aguamansa on 14/04/2005.
  35. Blue Chaffinch Fringilla teydea teydea  2 males at Zona Recreativo de Chio on 09/04/2005, 2 males and a female at the visitor centre, Las Canadas, on 11/04/2005, and 6 males and 2 females at Zona Recreativo de Chio on 14/04/2005.
  36. Atlantic Canary Serinus canaria  20 at Erjos on 10/04/2005, 3 at Masca on 10/04/2005, 9 at  Las Canadas on 11/04/2005, 2 at Embalse de Valle Molina on 12/04/2005, 2 at Chamorga on 12/04/2005, 10 at Punta de Teno on 13/04/2005, 30 at Teno Alto on 13/04/2005, and 8 at  Embalse de Cruz Santa on 14/04/2005.
  37. Eurasian Linnet Carduelis cannabina meadewaldoi 6 at Teno Alto on 13/04/2005 and 8 at Embalse de Cruz Santa on 14/04/2005.
  38. Corn Bunting Emberiza calandra calandra 12 at Teno Alto on 13/04/2005.
